Build it and they will come.

Well, not really.  I built a gym but it's just for me.

Starting again is tough.  I need to remember that I'm no longer in my 20's.  Joined Ido Portal's 7/30 hanging challenge and tore myself up.  Hands and body ached massively which meant that I couldn't complete Day 3.  This after only managing 4 mins on Day 1.  Reshow on the challenge and accepted that I need to use assisted hangs where appropriate whilst getting back to it.

Anyway:

6 Rounds

10 Press ups
15 Squats
Row up to 2 mins.

2 Min Plank (1 min straight, 20 sec each side, straight to finish).

No measurements yet.  Just want to feel good about training again.

7 mins of hangs throughout the day (1/30)
