What fresh torture is this?

Day 2 of Neila Rey's 30 Days of Chnage programme.  Feeling good so far.

Wall sits.  Wow.  My legs hurt...

Cycle of jumping jacks and high knees: 6, 10, 20, 10, 6

9 Rounds.

3 mins plank

and

3 mins wall sits

Repeat the static exercises three times throughout the day.

Also, 3/30 of the hanging challenge.
